DID YOU KNOW?
An owner may lease his or her unit three (3) times a year for a minimum of one month.
Occupancy of any unit shall be limited to two (2) persons per bedroom with a maximum of four (4) persons per unit.
Occupancy by guest residents shall not be more than twenty-one (21) consecutive days on the premises.
One parking space is provided for each unit and may not be used by anyone without the owner’s consent. All parking is to be a head-on parking position only. Reverse parking is prohibited.
Speed limit is 5 MPH in the parking lot.
Owners are allowed one dog or cat.
The Annual Meeting scheduled for March 20th was canceled due to safety concerns with the COVID-19 situation. As soon as the meeting can safely be rescheduled, a time will be set and all members will be notified.
In the meantime, we would like to have as many proxies returned prior to the resheduled Annual Meeting so a quorum can be met. If you have not already done so, please complete the PROXY and return it to:
